Westbrook Recovery Liaison Program helps dozens of Mainers battling drug addiction
The Westbrook Recovery Liaison Program has helped dozens of Mainers recover from drug addiction since its launch. The Recovery Liaison exists to help people in their recovery from opioid use disorder.
Services are free and are available to residents of Westbrook, Windham, Gorham or Buxton who are: incarcerated, under supervision by state or federal probation, not involved in the criminal justice system, actively using, in treatment or in early recovery.
The liaison will coordinate referrals that build on strengths and resiliency. Referrals include aftercare support, health insurance, housing, food, employment, education and outpatient treatment when available.
